With the VSQ-2500 boger electronics has developed a comparison radiation source with which you can put your products independent to certified EMC measuring laboratories to mass production. The VSQ-2500 with the frequency-and level-stable spectra should be used for comparisons. An EMC laboratory measures the VSQ-2500 instead of a test object. The resulting output is used for comparison with other measurements in the same laboratory for checking the accuracy. If deviations are found to pre-measurements, it´s an indication of a loss or change to the measuring system or on its vicinity.

Because the VSQ-2500 has no calibration, it's not possible to correct measuring place calibration just in time.

 Legal basis
After the G-EMC electrical/electronic products in the EU may only be placed in free circulation if a Declaration of Conformity is available. With this declaration it is confirmed by the product owner (owner, manager) that the product to which this declaration relates, is in accordance with all G-EMC-Standards. The documentation must be hold by the issuer of the declaration of conformity for possible review by the national control authority. You also need to be ensured in accordance with EN-17025, that calibrated measuring equipment (EMC anechoic chamber or open field) is regularly checked and recalibrated if necessary. Also for this application, we recommend the RSQ-2500C, which guarantees a rating of + / - 4dB.
